Donations and gifts flowed her way, offered to support her “sacred mission,” though she served no deity but her own ambitions. Despite her holy facade, Rosalynne is sharp-tongued and confrontational, often dropping biting remarks or behaving in ways that shock her more devout followers. She brushes off her brashness as “righteous anger” or “divine passion,” relishing the control she wields over her unsuspecting flock. Vansen Rollo

Human Wild Magic Sorcerer

A magical prodigy touched by fey wild magic, Vansen quickly rose to prominence in academia for not just his magical talent but also his flair for the dramatic and controversial opinions. He has taken up a posting at the Brookharbor College of Magic to help train those with innate magic master their abilities. He is also there to debate (and occasionally duel) the stuff wizards and clerics of the established academic community. Recently, a number of Vasen's youngest pupils went missing. Casmyr Vos

Tiefling Genie Warlock

Casmyr never meant to start a cult. He ran a small business selling the old knicknacks and trinkets he managed to come across, often grossly over embellishing their history and value. It wasn't until he came across a strange lamp did he finally find his opportunity for greatness.Rubbing the strange lamp during a sales pitch, Casmyr unleashed a Efreeti and instead of 3 wishes he received an ultimatum in the middle of a busy market, "you will be my chosen and I will grant you gifts to enact my revenge." With that Casmyr gained what most Warlocks have received i.e. otherworldly powers, an mysterious patron, and a vague sense of what they are required to do. He also got what many Warlock's don't gain, a loyal following. The city of Kumandi puts great faith in Jjin spirits and Casmyrs public endorsement by one has left him with quite a few followers. What might be a dream to a more power hungry person is a waking nightmare for Casmyr, he is constantly berated by followers and cultist (many of who Casmyr suspects of wanting to ritually sacrifice him). Lapis Truevien

Halfling Hexblade Warlock

Lapis and mother were kept as hostages and insurance for his compliance. After her mother died, Lapis was all her father had left. He tried his best to give her a happy childhood but a prison isn't an ideal environment to raise a child. Lapis learned how to survive off grit and deception from a young age. She learned the basics of fighting from friendly guards and less friendly inmates. Another downside of prisons is that negative energy and suffering they generate is a beacon for dark otherworldly forces. Desperate to see the world outside her confinement and find a way to free her father, Lapis made a deal with one of these fiendish entities. She was transported her out of the prison and into the world with strange new powers and a clear mission (as well as a rather vauge idea of what she was expected to do in return for her powers)

Now, she walks the world as the Gilded Hand of Damnation, draped in opulence, whispering offers too tempting to refuse. She revels in her role, wielding charm and fire in equal measure, yet in quiet moments, she wonders—is she still the master of her fate, or just another debtor, waiting for her final payment? She has begun working with the Adventure's Guild in the hopes that a few good deeds might go a long way when her debt comes due.

Zhorak Dockdrake

Dragonborn Deep One Warlock

Zhorak was never meant to have a choice. His village, a half-sunken cluster of stilted homes along the brackish coast, had long feared the thing beneath the waves. When storms swallowed too many ships and the tides grew hungry, the elders made their offering—Zhorak, their own flesh and blood, given willingly to the abyss so the rest might live. But the creature did not devour him. Instead, it whispered. It shaped him, filled his mind with unknowable purpose, and sent him forth as its agent. Over the years, he became a ghost in portside taverns, a nameless deckhand on doomed voyages, a trusted ally in seaside towns—until the moment came to betray them. He never knew the full scope of his master’s design, only that his actions were necessary, that the will of the deep was absolute. Now, the creature has given him a new task: infiltrate the Adventurer’s Guild and ensure they do not interfere. It should have been no different than the others—watch, manipulate, and, when the time comes, act. But something is shifting. Among these so-called heroes, he sees something unfamiliar— camaraderie built on trust rather than fear, purpose unchained from servitude. Doubt creeps into his mind like barnacles on a ship’s hull. For the first time, he wonders if his fate is his own to command... or if he has already drifted too far to ever find the shore.

Anton Graden

Elf War Mage Wizard

Anton Graden was a respected scholar at Brookharbor College of Magic, known for his deep knowledge of arcane theory and his distaste for combat magic. That changed when a research expedition he led was ambushed by artifact smugglers and he was taken hostage. Days passed before an adventuring party from the Guild rescued him—a blur of spellwork, steel, and purpose unlike anything he’d seen. Shaken but inspired, Anton resigned from the college and began training outside its ivory walls, determined to turn knowledge into action. He spent years relearning magic not as a field of study but as a martial discipline. Now he has signed on as war mage in the Adventurers Guild, he blends scholarly insight with battlefield precision, proving that even the quietest minds can reshape the world when they choose to stand.

Emery Valtz

Human Evocation Wizard

From a young age, he displayed a sharp intellect and a natural talent for magic, earning him a place at the prestigious Brookharbor College of Magic, where he studied under the finest wizards of the kindgom. However, his ambition often outpaced his patience, and he clashed with his professors, believing rigid traditions stifled true mastery of the arcane. After graduating—though not without controversy—Emery set out to make a name for himself, taking on work as a magical consultant, researcher, and occasional problem-solver for nobles and scholars alike. However word has spread that while he is unquestionably brilliant he is also insufferably arrogant. He is just as likely to gravely insult a patron as he is to solve their problems. As such, his once thriving business has slowed to a crawl. To improve his image with potential clients, He has begun working the Adventure's Guild to boost his reputation and renown.

Quinn Elysious

Elf Scribe Wizard

Quinn grew up on stories of great wizards on grand adventures and doing battle with ancient evil. However the closest thing to a lich Quinn has had to deal with is the elderly Gnome professor who occasionally falls asleep in the stacks of the university archive where Quinn has worked until for the past 11 years. This suited him just fine because after the trails and rigors of Wizard school, an uneventful life of books was all he needed. His peaceful life was soon shattered when a number of artifacts were stolen from the archive and Quinn was fired. Without much prospects and chip on his shoulder, he decided to track down and retrieve the stolen artifacts. He is determined to get back to his uninteresting life, even if he has to go through hell to do so.

Williow Crowley

Human Necromancer Wizard

Willow has always had an affinity and talent for magic. There was just one problem, wizarding school is expensive and she was broke. While some would take a loan or perform tricks for money, Willow took a different approach, she started an extermination service of the super-natural variety. For the right price she would banish spirits, ghosts, and apparitions. What most clients didn't know is that Willow was often the cause of the strange occurrences she was hired to "solve." As her powers grew, she started taking on actual jobs to help her hone her skills. After graduating she kept the business going with fake hauntings funding the actual paranormal investigating. Things were going fine until she took on a contract to clear a possessed house. In the process she may or may not have angered an arch-devil who swore vengeance. As far as Willow is concerned, now seems like a good time as ever to expand her business to include a number of partners and/or human shields
